Equate 91% Isopropyl Alcohol, 32 Oz. Isopropyl alcohol has so many household and health related uses. The 91% is the one I always look for and the Equate brand is a great choice.

The only good bedbug is a dead bedbug. This is my main weapon for bedbugs, since I am highly allergic to the typical bedbug sprays, such as Hot Shot. 91% kills them.

best price and best quality. This is the cheapest you will find this product and works equally as well as name brand and is so useful for so many things from pest killer to sterilizing anything to cleaning. I highly recommend it.

Fantastic Multi-Purpose 91% Alcohol. This is a bit stronger than most rubbing alcohols and it makes a better disinfectant. I use it to sterilize my scissors and scalpels because it burns well and does a fantastic job of sterilizing my instruments. At 91%, it works great as a sterilizing agent and as a disinfectant, even better. This is a terrific multi-purpose alcohol that I will definitely buy again.

availability problems. I need this item for my hygiene situation due to allergies to perfumes and antiperspirants. I have been unable to find the 32oz size for over six months anywhere in any store and there has been no alcohol available for almost three months now. I’m running very low on alcohol and I’m not sure what to do after I run out because I won’t even be able to wear clothes after that point. As you can see in the photo, I’m down to my last 10 ounces or so for the five people in this household.

91% is LESS effective than 70%. It sounds better but isn’t.

The presence of water is a crucial factor in destroying or inhibiting the growth of pathogenic microorganisms with isopropyl alcohol. Water acts as a catalyst and plays a key role in denaturing the proteins of vegetative cell membranes. 70% IPA solutions penetrate the cell wall more completely which permeates the entire cell, coagulates all proteins, and therefore the microorganism dies. Extra water content slows evaporation, therefore increasing surface contact time and enhancing effectiveness. Isopropyl alcohol concentrations over 91% coagulate proteins instantly. Consequently, a protective layer is created which protects other proteins from further coagulation.

Nothing you can do… I have to take care of my 96 yr old mom .. she has alot of “accidents” we use peroxide and 91% alcohol..I buy it 6 bottles at a time in the stores.. so I bought 6 the Thursday before The Trump administration said Pandemic.. 5 of the 6 we couldn’t use because it smelled like Gasoline..( not the first time it’s happened). so now there’s no way to return them ..we can’t afford the $100 a gallon alcohol ..the alcohol on the trucks never makes it to the shelves. . but that’s part of the perks of working there. I contacted the home office ..no response.. and there’s nothing you can do , because they could care less about the one or the many customers.

Great for a lot of things! I use this rubbing alcohol for a lot of things such as cleaning my microfiber couch, cleaning my essential oil diffusers and disinfecting surfaces. It’s good and cheap. It also works good to clean grease off of stove tops.
